在校大学生吸烟现状及相关知识调查分析

Investigation and Analysis the Prevalence of Smoking and the Relative Knowledge in College Studentes

目的:探讨大学生吸烟状况及相关知识知晓情况。方法:采用随机抽样方式,对960名医学院校在校大学生进行问卷调查,并对吸烟原因及吸烟情况进行分析。结果:收回有效问卷800份(收回率为83.3%)。800名被调查学生中总吸烟率20.9%,其中男生吸烟率36.1%,女生5.3%,男女生吸烟率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);不同年级大学生吸烟率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);90%以上大学生知晓烟草中的主要有害成分,对吸烟危害健康的知晓率较高。结论:大学生虽然知晓烟草中的有害成分和吸烟对健康的危害性,但吸烟率水平仍较高,应加强对大学生的控烟健康教育。

Objective：To explore the prevalence of smoking and the relative knowledge in the college students. Methods： 960 subjects, who were randomly chosen from the medical college, were investigated with the questionnaire and analyzed the reasons and prevalence of smoking. Results： 800 valid questionnaire were reclaimed（effective rate 83.3%）.The rate of smoking was 20.9% in total,36.1% in male,5.3% in female.The smoking frequency was different in college students with different gender; there was no significant difference among different grades （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Over 90% college student knew the main harmful components in the cigarette. The rate of awareness is higher on smoking harm to health. Conclusion：The smoking rate was still higher in the students, although they had realized the harmful components in the cigarette and its harmness to health. Health education should be enforced in college students.
