ZnO掺杂对CLST微波介质陶瓷烧结及介电性能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of ZnO addition on sintering and dielectric properties of CLST microwave dielectric ceramics

摘要 研究了烧结助剂ZnO对CaO-Li2O-Sm2O3-TiO2(简写为CLST)系微波介质陶瓷的烧结特性及介电性能的影响。结果表明:ZnO的添加能有效地降低CLST陶瓷的烧结温度至1150℃。掺杂2wt%ZnO的CLST陶瓷取得了较好的介电性能:εr=84,tanδ=0.009,fτ=-15ppm/℃。 The effect of ZnO on the sintering behavior and the dielectric properties of 16CaO -9Li2O - 12Sm2O3 -63TiO2 based ceramics was investigated. The results indicate that the sintering temperature of the CLST ceramics can be lower than 1150℃ by ZnO addition. The specimens with 2wt% ZnO sintered at 1150℃ for 2h show εr of 84,tanδ of 0. 009, and τf of - 15ppm/℃.
