移动图像分割方法研究

Research on moving image segmentation method

随着MPEG-4,MPEG-7等一系列新的图像和视频信号压缩编码国际标准的出台,移动图像分割日益显示出其广泛的实用性,它使图像的有效压缩、快速检索等成为可能的同时,也在其他领域如自动收费系统、不停车缴费、失窃车辆的查寻、停车场车辆管理及其他检测和识别领域等占据着举足轻重的位置。文中针对移动图像的图像分割,采用时间域信息捕捉移动物体,然后利用空间域信息进行细致的分割,提出了一种新颖又实用的移动图像分割方法。

Along with appearing of a series of new international standards about images and video signal compression coding such as MPEG-4, MPEG-7 and so on, the moving image segmentation regarding moving object even more demonstrated its widespread usability, not only because it makes the effective image oxnpression, faster image retrieves possible, but also because it plays important role in other fields such as automatic charge system, no stopping payment, a stolen vehicles search, the parking lot vehicles management and other examination and recognition domains. This article namely aims at the image segmentation of the moving object, uses the time domain information to capture moving object first, then uses the spatial domain information to carry on a fine segmentation. This article proposes a novel and practical moving object segmentation method.
