紫外-可见分光光度法测定干薇菜中铁和硒的含量 被引量:5

Determination of iron and selenium content in dried Osmunda by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry

摘要 用紫外-可见分光光度法,用湿法消解干薇菜,以邻苯二胺盐酸盐、邻二氮菲为显色剂,测定了干薇菜中硒和铁的含量。结果表明,干薇菜中硒和铁的含量分别为10.0739μg/g、125.3284μg/g,硒和铁含量较高,本法RSD均<0.5%。该方法具有操作方便,测定快速,灵敏度高,稳定性好等显著的优点。 With o - phenylenediamine hydrochloride and o - phenanthroline as coloring agents, contents of iron and selenium in dried Osmunda through wet digestion were determined by ultraviolet - visible spectrophotometry. The results showed that contents of iron and selenium in dried Osmunda were 10.0739μ g/g and 125.3284 μg/g respectively, which were higher. RSDs of the method were all less than 0.5 %. The method has obvious advantages in convenient operation, higher sensitivity and good stability.
