This paper introduces the history, construction time and the characteristics of environment and layout on Shanxi Guildhall in Xuzhou. It gives detail descriptions on the main parts, constructional elements and the wall structures of Huaxilou and Guanshengdian, which solve the problem of construction values of Shanxi Guildhall and lays stress on the features of Shanxi Guildhall in Xuzhou due to the hill.
