摘要
传统的铁路运输调度模式已经无法使大秦重载铁路满足国民经济高速发展的需求,而采用分散自律调度集中系统(CTC)是解决此问题的一个重要途径。在重载运输干线上列车高密度运行和复杂情况多变的条件下,对以调度管理信息系统为基础,采取分散自律与智能控制为核心的新型调度指挥系统进行了研究。分析了重载铁路运输作业的特殊性,遵循面向对象的软件工程的思想和方法,详细描述了行车调度指挥系统的需求分析和结构设计过程、主要功能模块及其系统的特点,实现了重载铁路的调度集中解决方案。系统的成功实施为铁路综合调度系统的发展打下了坚实的基础。
Traditional railway transportation dispatch mechanisms can not help the Da-qin heavy haul railway satisfy the demand of high-speed development of the national economy. Use of the decentralized and self-regula- ted centralized traffic control (CTC) system is a vital method to solve this problem. Under high moving density of trains and complex and changing operation conditions on heavy haul railways , based on the dispatch manage- ment information system, the new traffic control system is applied with decentralization, self-regulation and, in- tellegent control as the core. Based on specific characteristics of transportation operation of heavy haul railways and the idea and method of object-oriented software engineering, the requirements, structural design, main function modules and system characteristics of the traffic control system are described in detail centralized traf- fic control of heavy haul railways is realized. Successful implementation of the system laid solid foundation for development of the integrated dispatch system of railways.
