摘要
电力机车通过关节式电分相时,多次发生过电压现象,导致牵引变电所跳闸,对接触网和牵引变电所的安全运行构成严重影响。电力机车通过关节式电分相时的等值电路模型是一个由电阻、电感和电容组成的高阶电路。当电力机车通过关节式电分相不同区段时,等值电路在结构上会发生变化,从而产生过电压。本文利用MATLAB/Sim Power Systems对电力机车通过关节式电分相的过程进行仿真,结合兰州铁路局组织的过电压试验统计结果,分析中性段产生过电压的原因,并提出抑制过电压的措施。仿真结果表明,阻容保护器能够有效地抑制电力机车通过关节式电分相时在中性段上产生的过电压。
Over-voltages frequently happen when the electric locomotive passes the articulated phase insulator, which causes tripping of substations and serious influence on safe operations of the overhead contact system and traction substations. The equivalent circuit model for the electric locomotive passing the articulated phase insulator is a high order circuit which is composed of resistances,inductances and capacitances. The equivalent cir- cuit changes its structure when the electric locomotive goes through different sections of the articulated phase insulator, and this leads to happening of over-voltages. In this paper, the MATLAB/SimPowerSystems are used to simulate the process of the electric locomotive passing the articulated phase insulator, the causes of gen- erating over-voltages in neutral sections are analyzed in combination with the statistical results of over-voltage tests organized by the Lanzhou Railway Administration, and measures for suppressing over-voltages are put forward. The simulation results show that the RC protective installation can effectively restrain over-voltages in neutral sections when the electric locomotive passes the articulated phase insulator.
