以ＶＢｆｏｒＷｉｎｄｏｗｓ为环境开发了一个新型的弧焊工艺专家系统。本系统的核心是编制焊缝的工艺文件（ＷＰＳ），而在编制了每条焊缝的ＷＰＳ后，可编制施工工艺指导书（ＷＩ），在此基础上，系统的ＣＯＳＴ模块可帮助对焊件的焊接施工的工时。

In the environment of Visual Basic for Windows,a new type arc-welding process expert system(DriAwpes 1 0)is developed.One of the main aims of this research is to more easily compile Welding Process Specification table(WPS).After fulfiling the WPS of every weld of a weldment,a Welding Process Instruction(WI) of the weldment can be compiled.Based on that,the work-hours,comsumables and total cost of the weldment can be estimated by means of the COST module.
