摘要
从理论上分析了异种钢接头邻近焊缝界面低强材料区的应力状态及其对蠕变断裂行为的影响,建立了表征应力状态的应力三轴性σH/σ与蠕变应变率比εcW/εcB之间的定量关系式.分析结果表明:邻近界面低强材料的三轴拉应力是导致接头早期低塑蠕变失效的主要原因.
Stress state and its influence on creep rupture behavior in low strength material adjacent to weld interface of dissimilar metal welded joints are analyzed in theory,and the quantitative relation between the stress triaxiality σ H/ which shows stress state and the ratio of creep strain rate ε c W/ε c B is established.The analytical results indicate that the triaxial tensile stress in low strength material adjacent to interface is a major cause of premature and low ductile creep failure of the joints.The theory is proved by creep rupture tests.
