摘要
研究了Fe-25Cr-20Ni合金中层状碳化物M23C6的形态、晶体学特征、析出动力学及氮对层状M23C6的析出作用.结果表明,层状M23C6呈板条状,与基体奥氏体(A)的位向关系是{001}M23C6∥{001}A’<001>M23C6∥<001>A.它的析出量受基体中碳的溶解度控制,氮能提=高基体的溶解度。
The morphology of lamellar carbide M 23 C 6,crystallogical characteristics,the dynamics and the role of nigtrogen on the lamellar M 23 C 6 precipitation of Fe-25Cr-20Ni alloy are studied.The results show that the lamellar M 23 C 6 are lath carbides and the orientation relationship between the austenitic matrix and the lamellar M 23 C 6 are:{001} M 23 C 6 ∥{001} r,<001> M 23 C 6 =<001> r The amount of lamellar M 23 C 6 precipitation is determined by carbon content in austenitic matrix and nitrogen element will increase the solubility of austenitic matrix and forster lamellar M 23 C 6 to precipite.
