摘要
通过对普通混凝土、普通钢纤维混凝土和增稠剂钢纤维混凝土在18片梁和板梁构件中的力学性能测试,证明增稠剂能使钢纤维阻裂作用得到进一步发挥,构件的抗裂强度和刚度大为提高。文中还给出了增稠剂钢纤维混凝土构件的抗剪强度、最大裂缝宽度和梁挠度计算公式及算例。增稠剂为在常规施工方法下配制大流动、高抗裂。
The granulometric effect and surface activity function of the thickening agent can largely improve the cohesive strength and water keeping property of the concrete,resist the steel fiber in large fluidic concrete to sink during the vibration puddling and uniformly distribute steel fiber in concrete.By testing the mechanical behaviour of 18 concretes,it is found that the resistive fracture behaviour of steel fiber can be further improved by using thickening agent.The formulae of the resistive shear strength,the length of the largest crack and the deflection of structural components are given.The thickening agent provides a new approach for manufacturing the structural components of largely fluidic,high resistive fracture and big stiffness steel fiber concrete in common construction method.
