货车螺旋弹簧疲劳寿命可靠性分析

Reliability Analysis on Fatigue Life of Coil Springs Used for Railway Car

通过对转８Ａ枕簧疲劳试验数据的统计分析及其强度的可靠性校核，找出了影响螺旋弹簧疲劳寿命的主要因素。借鉴国内外先进经验，确定了螺旋弹簧的可靠性指标。同时，针对影响弹簧寿命的主要因素提出了相应的意见和建议。

Based on the test data,the distribution of the fatigue life of the coil springs used for the railway car is obtained with statistical method.Meanwhile,on the basis of reliability theory ,the fatigue strength of this part is analyzed.With above analysis and based on the standard of the test for this part,the main effect factor on the fatigue life of the coil springs is obtained,and the improvement suggestion is given.
