愈障汤对再生障碍性贫血大鼠骨髓细胞超微结构的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨愈障汤对再生障碍性贫血大鼠骨髓细胞超微结构的影响及保护、修复作用。方法将80只Wistar大鼠按随机区组法分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药组和西药组。采用全身照射加腹腔注射药物法建立大鼠再降模型。分组处理后于实验第10,16天测定外周血及骨髓有核细胞数;透射电镜观察骨髓细胞线粒体超微结构。结果电镜下,对照组造血细胞发育障碍,出现线粒体嵴模糊、嵴间腔消失、髓样变、空泡化等现象,血窦内皮细胞断裂。治疗组外周血象及骨髓细胞病理变化明显好于模型对照组。结论愈障汤具有升高再障大鼠外周血各项指标,保护、修复骨髓造血细胞损伤,并促进细胞增殖、分化的作用。 Objective To explore the protective and restorative effect of Yuzhang Decoction on bone marrow cells uhrastructure of aplastic anemia mice. Methods After 80 Wistar mice were randondy 'allocated into four groups ( normal control group, model-control group, Chinese medicine-treated group,western medicine-treated group). The models of aplastic anemia mice were founded by general irradiation and intraperitoneal injection cyclophosphamide and chloramphenicol. After 10 days and 16 days,the peripheral blood and the bone marrow nucleated cells were detected, the mitochondrial uhrastructure of myeloid element was observed under transmission electron micruseope respectively. Results Under transmission electron microscope, we found that the myeloid element of model-control group were poorly developed, and the mitochondrial crista blurred,also we found that intracristal space disappeared, marrow-like change and vacuolization in mitochondrium, and endotheliocyte of blood sinus broken. The peripheral blood and the pathological changes of bone marrow cells in drugs-treating groups were better than those of model-control group. Conclusion Yuzhang Decoction can repair the damages and promote cells to proliferate and differentiate of peripheral blood in anaplastic emia mice.
