摘要
目的应用超声造影连续脉冲对比(CPS)技术观察造影剂在胎盘的灌注情况。方法对8只孕14~16d的SD大鼠进行超声造影,机械指数(MI)0.3连续辐照5min,造影剂剂量0.1ml/kg。利用超声造影CPS技术及其配套的灌注定量分析软件得到胎盘超声造影各参数值和时间-强度曲线。结果超声造影定量分析观测到胎盘有明显的造影剂动态增强过程,而胎鼠没有造影剂显影。时间-强度曲线显示,子宫肌壁的造影剂到达时间和达峰值强度时间比胎盘早约3s(P<0.01),但峰值强度相近(P>0.05)。结论应用CPS技术可以清楚地观察胎盘的血流灌注过程。
Objective To analyze the perfusion of placenta and fetus of rats using contrast - enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) with contrast pulsed sequencing. Methods Eight rats in pregnancy( 14- 16 d) were used in the experiment. Contrast pulsed sequencing(CPS) technique and the quantitative software - ACQ were used. The perfusion record of the placenta and fetus of rats was analyzed. Results The perfusion of contrast - enhanced agent could be observed in the placenta but not in the fetus rats. Time - intensity curve showed that the mean arrival time(AT) and time - to - peak(TTP) value of placenta were lower than that of uterus, and the peak intensity(PI) was close to each other. Conclusion The blood flow perfusion process on placenta could be observed clearly with CPS technique.
