重组人干扰素α2b凝胶联合阿昔洛韦对带状疱疹的疗效

Curative Effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Gel Combined with Aciclovir on Herpes Zoster

目的观察重组人干扰素α2b凝胶联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将122名带状疱疹病人随机分成2组:联合组62名,将重组人干扰素α2b凝胶直接涂在患处,每日4次,同时口服阿昔洛韦片,0.2g/次,每日5次,疗程10d;单一组60名,只使用重组人干扰素α2b凝胶,用法、疗程同上。观察重组人干扰素α2b凝胶单独使用及联合阿昔洛韦对带状疱疹的疗效。结果联合组和单一组的总有效率分别为88.71%和73.33%,两组间比较,差异有显著意义;联合组平均起效时间(止疱时间、水疱干涸时间、疼痛缓解时间和痊愈时间)均较单一组短,差异有极显著意义;联合组用药后不良反应轻微。结论重组人干扰素α2b凝胶联合阿昔洛韦对带状疱疹有明显的疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of recombinant human interferon α2b （rhlFNα2b） gel combined with aciclovir on herpes zoster. Methods Divide 122 patients with herpes zoster into rhlFNα2b gel ＋ aciclovir and rhlFNα2b groups randomly. The 62 patients in rhlFNα2b gel ＋ aciclovir group were treated with rhlFNα2b gel by directly smearing onto the suffered part, 4 times a day, combined with 0.2 g of aciclovir tablet by oral route, 5 times a day. The 60 patients in rhlFNα2b gel group were treated with rhlFNα2b gel alone. A course consisted of 10 d. Observe the curative effect of the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of rhlFNα2b gel ＋ aciclovir group （88.71%） was significantly higher than that of rhlFNα2b gel group （73.33%）. Compared with those in rhlFNα2b gel group, the mean time for stopping blistering, drying the blister, relieving pain and recovery of patients in rhlFNα2b gel ＋ aciclovir group were shortened significantly, and the adverse reactions were mild. Conclusion rhlFNα2b gel combined with aciclovir showed significantly curative effect on herpes zoster.
