应用组织工程技术构建人工神经修复周围神经损伤的研究现状 被引量:13

摘要 应用组织工程方法构建人工神经是解决周围神经损伤创新的治疗方法。人工神经主要由支架材料和细胞外基质、种子细胞以及诱导和促进生长的因子等几部分组成。目前该研究已取得了较大的进展。近年来,随着组织工程技术研究的不断深入,人工神经逐渐应用于周围神经损伤并取得了肯定的成绩。但如何选择最佳的支架材料及种子细胞,仍有待于进一步的研究和探索。组织工程化神经移植是修复周围神经损伤的理想方案。本文综述了人工神经支架材料、细胞外基质、种子细胞及诱导和促进的因子4方面的最新进展。 Tissue-engineered nerve graft is an innovative treating method to repair the injury of peripheral nerve. This kind of grafts may comprise four parts: scaffolds, extracellular matrices, seed cells and induction factors. Recently, there are great improvements achieved in these fields. With the development of tissue engineering technology, the transplantation with artificial nerve to treat peripheral nerve injury has achieved great progress. But how to select scaffolds and seed cells still need studying and exploring. Tissue-engineered artificial nerve transplantation may be the ideal strategy in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury. This paper reviews the advanced progress on the scaffolds, extracellular matrices, seed cells and induction factors of nerve grafts.
