总体规划设计在有序开发北海船厂区域环境品质的同时,又为奥运会赛事提供了活跃的水滨环境,划分明确强烈的轴线,并利用生态型的建筑群体界定不同的开敞空间。建筑设计中充分体现灵动、通透、多层次的特点,并在奥运会后将被合理利用或改造,以确保可持续发展城市理念的实施。

Orderly developing regional environment of Beihai Shipyard, the general layout of Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center provides valid waterfront environment for Olympic Games. By clear and strong axial division, it utilizes eco-typed architectural group to delimit different opening spaces. Architectural design fully reflects the character of nimbleness, pentrativeness and multi-level. For surely realizing the idea of sustainable urban development, the Sailing Center will be rationally remodeled and utilized after Olympic Games.
