摘要 目的:研究成纤维细胞生长因子受体蛋白在人晶状体上皮细胞中的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法来检测人晶状体上皮细胞bFGF受体的蛋白水平,并用图像分析进行相对定量。结果:定性及定量证明了人晶状体上皮细胞存在bFGF受体的蛋白。结论:人晶状体上皮细胞存在bFGF受体的蛋白,为bFGF促进人晶状体上皮细胞的增殖作用提供了物质基础。 AIM : To study the expression factor (bFGF) receptor protein cells (HLECs). of basic fibroblast growth in human lens epithelial METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the level of bFGF receptor protein and image analysis was adopted to perform the relative quantitative analysis on it. RESULTS: There was bFGF receptor protein in HLECs accordingl to both qualitative and quantitative analysis. CONCLUSION. bFGF receptor protein exists in HLECs and it is the material foundation for bFGF to improve the proliferation of HLECs.
