病理性近视和共同性外斜视联合手术的探讨

Operations of posterior sclera reinforcement combining with recession of the lateral rectuses

目的:研究病理性近视和共同性外斜视联合手术的治疗效果。方法:对31例患病理性近视并发共同性外斜视的患儿行双眼改良后巩膜加固术联合外直肌后徙术。结果:术后随访时间平均11.9mo,其中25名患儿的眼位均在±5°之内,其余6名患儿约5°～10°外斜。所有患儿双眼近视度数增加不超过-0.50D,眼轴增长不超过0.5mm,双眼均无明显的运动障碍。结论:对于同时患有病理性近视和共同性外斜视的患儿可通过联合手术对其进行治疗,不仅治疗效果理想,而且可免除患儿多次手术的痛苦,并节约患儿家庭的经济支出,最重要的是可为患儿挽救建立双眼视功能的宝贵时机。

AIM： To investigate the effect of the operations of posterior sclera reinforcement （PSR） with recession of the lateral rectuses （RLR） to the patients suffering from pathological myopia （PM） and exotropia. METHODS： The operations of PSR with RLR were done to 31 patients suffering from PM and exotropia. RESULTS： After the operations and at the follow-up in average 11.9 months, the eye location of 25 cases sit in ±5° according to Hirschberg method, and sit in 5°-10°of the other 6 cases. The increases of the degrees were not more than -0.50D, the increase of eye axes were not more than 0,50mm, and no dyskinesia was found. CONCLUSION： The operations of PSR with RLR to the patients can get an ideal effect, preventing from suffering from operations time after time, saving on for the families, and the most important of all, getting the chances for the patients to establish the binocular vision.
