抽检与送检桶装纯净水微生物污染的调查研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究分析抽检与送检桶装纯净水微生物污染的结果差别和卫生质量。方法对深圳市桶装纯净水的各种产品随机抽检280份;商场、超市和企业等主动送检桶装纯净水各种产品121份,采用国标标准进行微生物指标的各种检测,按国家微生物卫生标准评价。对二组结果进行比对分析研究。结果抽检的280份桶装纯净水合格率为74.3%;送检的桶装纯净水合格率为90.1%,经统计学处理两者有统计学意义(χ2=12.73,P﹤0.001)。结论抽检桶装纯净水合格率明显低于送检桶装纯净水的合格率,且两者的差别有统计学意义,说明桶装纯净水存在潜在的安全隐患,并威胁着市民的饮水安全。 Objective To analysis and compare the sanity condition and the microbial contamination of barreled purified water between randomly selected and inspection samples. Method 280 barreled purified water samples selected randomly and 121 barreled purified water inspection samples send in by supermarkets and factories are analyzed under the GB criterion and assessed by GB sanitation standards. Microbial indexes of the two groups of samples were compared and analyzed. Result The eligibility of barreled purified water samples selected randomly and inspection samples is 74.3% and 90.1%, respectively. There are significant differences between the two results by the statistic analysis (X^2= 12.73, P〈0.001 ). Conclusion The risk of potential pollution of barreled purified water exceeds the standard level and will endanger public health.
