济南市1998-2006年风疹流行现状分析

Current Epidemiological Situation of Rubella in Jinan,1998-2006

目的了解济南市风疹的流行情况,为有效控制风疹提供科学依据。方法利用传染病报告系统报告和麻疹疫情专报系统,包括流行病学和实验室监测及主动搜索等资料,分析济南市风疹流行病学特征。结果1998- 2006年全市经麻疹专报系统报告风疹病例1 658例,年平均发病率为3.22/10万;发病以春季为主,占75.39% (1 250/1 658);发病呈高度聚集状态,济阳县、章丘市和历下区发病数占53.62%(889/1 658);暴发病例占73.10% (1 212/1 658);学龄儿童(9～16岁)发病占85.16%(1 412/1 658)。结论今后应加强风疹疫苗的常规免疫接种工作,提高监测工作质量,以降低风疹及先天性风疹综合征(CRS)的发生。

Objective To understand the epidemic situation of rubella in Jinan and provide scientific evidences for effective rubella control. Methods Using the data from NNDRS （national notifiable disease reported system and measles surveillance）, the epidemiologic characteristics of rubella were analyzed. Results A total of 1 658 rubella cases were reported by the measles surveillance system in Jinan during 1998 -2006. The average annual incidence of rubella was 3.22/100 000. The occurrence was mainly in spring, with a proportion of 75.39% （ 1 250/1 658 ）. 79. 58% of the cases were concentrated in Jiyang county, Zhangqiu city and Lixia district, and 73. 10% （ 1 212/1 658） were outbreak cases. School children aged 9 ~ 16 years accounted for 79. 14% of all cases. Conclusion Coverage of rubella vaccination and the sensitivity of the rubella surveillance system should be improved to decrease the incidence of rubella and congenital rubella syndrome.
