TCR基因突变生物剂量计估算电离辐射剂量的研究进展
摘要
电离辐射在国民经济各个领域的广泛应用,对经济的发展发挥了重要的促进作用,然而也给相关人群带来了辐射危害的风险。近年来发生的多起重大放射事故,已经引起各级政府、各部门的高度重视。当辐射事故发生后,确定其受照剂量是进行早期分类诊断最重要的环节,而且对迅速处置放射事故、制定医学救治方案具有指导意义。受照剂量可以通过物理计量和生物剂量计测,两者可作为补充。然而,采用物理方法准确估算剂量存在着很大的局限性,特别是在估算偶然突发事件中人员的受照剂量。
