摘要
ZTM陶瓷(ZrO2增韧莫来石陶瓷)中引入大颗粒的Al2O3,采用等静压成型、常压烧结工艺制得了致密的ZTM/Al2O3复合陶瓷材料。结果表明,ZTM/Al2O3复合材料具有较高的力学性能,氧化铝颗粒的弥散韧化是主要的增韧机理。
Using ZTM ceramic (ZrO2-toughened mullite ceramics) as matrix and Al2O3 particle as additive, densed ZTM/Al2O3 ceramic composite was prepared by isostatic pressing and pressureless sintering. The results showed that ZTM/Al2O3 composite had high mechanical properties and the dispersion-toughening of Al2O3 particles was mainly reinforcing mechanism
