101例前牙铸造桩核冠修复失败原因分析

摘要
目的探讨前牙桩冠失败的原因和预防方法。方法收集分析101例前牙桩核冠失败病例。结果桩核冠失败病例中桩松脱、根折、龈炎发生率高,分别为40.59%、14.85%、13.86%。结论桩核冠修复要选择好适应证,采取适当的预防措施。
