摘要目的总结神经外科80例无创颅内压监测的应用与护理。方法对80例颅脑外伤的患者进行闪光视觉诱发电位(FVEP)无创颅内压(ICP)监测。结果本组ICP监测有35例颅内压>200 mm H2O,颅内高压者发生率为43%,经及时采取相应治疗护理措施,恢复良好出院共占80%。结论根据颅内压监测结果,能及时观察到病情变化,使诊治及时,配合护理,能大大提高治疗效果,降低病死率。
