补体C3a与基质细胞衍生因子-1对脐血单个核细胞黏附性的影响

摘要 目的:探讨基质细胞衍生因子(SDF-1)对脐血单个核细胞黏附性的影响,同时,观察C3a与SDF-1对单个核细胞的黏附是否有协同作用。方法:观察C3a与SDF-1对单个核细胞的黏附性的协同作用。分3组:C3a组,SDF-1组,C3a与SDF-1共同孵育组,2h后收集细胞进行免疫表型分析和检测黏附率。结果:C3a单独对MNC黏附性无明显影响,但C3a与SDF-1共同孵育组MNC黏附功能增强。结论:C3a增强SDF-1对MNC的黏附功能,但单独对MNC黏附率无明显影响。
