摘要
目的分析HIV-1型抗体阳性者蛋白印迹带型,了解男性艾滋病病毒感染者(HIV)带型分布特征。方法检测2000~2007年艾滋病感染者HIV-1抗体蛋白印迹带型特征并进行统计分析。结果男性艾滋病感染者HIV-1抗体蛋白印迹带型gp160、gp120、p24阳性率分别为97.0%~100%,gp41、p66、p51、p31为92.3%~94.5%,p55、p17分别为63.2%和77.1%。男性感染者在21~岁组和41~83岁组带型阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性感染者P31、P55、P17带阳性率注射吸毒组高于性途径感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.005,P<0.005),其余带型阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);性途径感染者男性和女性带型阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论男性HIV感染者HIV-1抗体P31、P55、P17带阳性率,注射吸毒感染者高于性途径感染者,与别的学者报道有差别,有待对人群中病毒亚型分布的研究。
Objective To analyze the protein pattern of male HIV - 1 antibody positives by western blotting. Methods Western bloting was conducted to analyze the protein pattern of male HIV carriers positive for HIV - 1 antibody from 2000 to 2007. Results The protein patterns of male HIV - 1 positives were gp160,gp120,p24 with the positie rates of 97.0% - 100% ; that of gp41 ,p66,p51 ,p31with positive rates of 92.3% - 94.5% ,while that of p55 and p17 were 63.2% 和 77, 1%, resoectively. There positive rates in male HIV - 1 positives infected through drug injection with the protein patterns of p31, p55 and p17 were significantly statistically different as compared to that infected through sexual intercourse (P 〈 0.05). The positive rates between the two sexes infected through sexual intercourse were not statistically differcnt (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The positive rates of male HIV -1 positives with protein patterns of P31 ,P55,P17 are high, and the positive rate in the positives infected through drug injection is higher than that infected through sexual intercourse. Further investigation is indicated for subtyping of HIV virus in the population.
