噬血细胞综合征临床分析

Clinical analysis of hemophagocytic lymphohistocytosis syndrome

摘要 目的探讨噬血细胞综合征(HPS)的临床特点及骨髓细胞形态特点。方法对15例确诊为HPS患者的临床症状、体征、实验室资料及骨髓细胞形态进行分析。结果15例患者均有发热和不同程度的肝、脾、淋巴结肿大及肝功能异常,外周血细胞减少;骨髓涂片均可见组织细胞增生并伴有吞噬血细胞现象。结论HPS的临床特点和骨髓细胞形态具有一定的普遍性和特异性,有助于临床诊断。
