中老年COPD合并自发性气胸73例临床分析

Analysis of 73 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and spontaneous pneumothorax in middle-aged and elderly patients

目的探讨中老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发自发性气胸的特点及诊疗方法。方法对2002～2007年我院收治的继发于中老年COPD合并自发性气胸73例的临床资料进行分析。结果治愈69例(94.5%),死亡4例(5.5%)。结论中老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发自发性气胸起病隐匿,病情进展快,常常会导致严重的心肺功能衰竭,危及生命,应尽早给予诊断和及时治疗。

Objective To discuss the clinic features, the.diagnosis and the treatment of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and spontaneous pneumothorax in middle - aged and elderly patients. Methods Clinical data of 73 middle - aged and elderly patients with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and spontaneous pneumothorax between 2002 and 2007 treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results In this series, 69 cases （94.5%） were cured and 4 cases （5.5%） died. Conclusion It is very difficult to diagnose the disease at the onset. The disease develops quickly and threaten life of the patients. Thus early diagnosis and treatment is indicated.
