摘要
目的建立火腿肠食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法样品加入海砂分散黏稠成块的样品,在碱性条件下用水振荡提取,加入亚铁氰化钾和乙酸锌沉淀蛋白质、淀粉和脂肪等,滤膜过滤进行液相色谱分析。结果方法回收率90.9%~95.1%,RSD(5%,浓度在0.01~0.20mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r>0.9994),检出限苯甲酸、山梨酸均为2mg/kg。结论建立的方法处理样品操作简便,灵敏度、准确度均符合实验要求。
Objective To establish a method for determination of sorbic acid and benzoic acid in ham by HPLC. Methods Sea sand were added into samples ( to distract the chunk) - distill by water in the condition of alkalescence vibratedly - add potassium ferrocyanide and zinc acetate (to deposit protein, faecula, fat. ) - determination by HPLC after filtration. Resuits The recovery rate was between 90.9% and 95.1%, RSD 〈 5%. The linear relation of concentration was significant in 0.01 -0.20mg/kg. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and highly sensitive.
