2型糖尿病患者餐后高血糖状态与血管并发症的相关性分析

CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF POSTPRANDIAL HYPERGLYCEMIA STATE AND VASCULAR COMPLICATIONS IN TYPE 2 DIABETES

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者餐后高血糖状态与血管并发症的关系。方法比较两组空腹血糖控制良好而餐后血糖不同的患者血管并发症的发生率。结果在空腹血糖控制良好的情况下,餐后血糖控制不良的患者其高血压、冠心病、脑中风、视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病足的发生率明显高于餐后血糖控制良好的患者。结论空腹血糖正常情况下,餐后高血糖状态与糖尿病的血管病变密切相关。

Objective To probe into the relationship of postprandial glucose and vascular disease in type 2 DM, Methods We evaluated the vascular disease of two groups patients of type 2 DM whose FBG is normal but PBG is different. Results In the patients whose PBG was high, the incidence of complications such as Hypertension, CHD, Stroke, DR, DN and Diabetic Foot were higher than the patients whose PBG was normal. Conclusion The postprandial hyperglyceaua may contribute to the vascular disease in the patients of type 2 DM.
