摘要 五年制临床医学教育是后续医学人才储备的核心,是各层次临床医学教育的基础。本文分析了我国五年制临床医学教育的特点和现状,针对目前临床教学资源短缺、课程设置老化、理论与实践脱节、人文素质教育缺失等现状做出分析,提出构建专业素质教育与人文素质教育相融合的多元优化培养模式,对于培养理论扎实、技能过硬、具备人文精神、创新能力、科学研究能力和社区综合服务能力的高素质复合型医学人才具有明显成效和重大现实意义。 Five - year clinical follow - up medical education is the core of reserve personnel and it' s the ba- sis of all levels of clinical medical education. This article analyses the characteristics of the status quo of China' s five - year clinical medical education and, according to the current shortage of teaching resources, curriculum aging, the- ory and practice out of line, lack of the humanities and quality education, multiple Optimization training mode building a quality education and quality of humanities education was put forward. This mode is of remarkable results and great practical significance in training high - quality medical personnel with solid theory, strong skills, the humanistic spirit, innovation, scientific research ability and community service capacity.
