摘要
论述网络环境下医院图书馆应拓展的网络服务内容的基础上,针对传统读者服务的弊端,提出了从服务理念、服务内容、服务手段、服务人员等方面深化读者服务的措施。
Abstract In order to find the way to avoid the shortcoming of traditional user services, in this paper, we puts forward some steps to deepen the conception, contents, modes and means on reader service based on the discussion of exploiting the service content in hospital library under web environment.
