摘要
较详细地评述了自韧Ｓｉ３Ｎ４研究的发展过程及国内外研究现状，讨论了自韧Ｓｉ３Ｎ４研究的主要内容。
The developing procedure and research state of in situ toughened Si 3N 4 are summarized in detail. The main contents are discussed and some problems and trend in this field are proposed.
