浅谈高职院校文科生的就业心理特点及疏导对策

On the Psychological Characters of Liberal Arts Students in Employment and the Relevant Countermeasures

高职院校的文科生在就业竞争压力下，体现出因性别、专业差异而具有的个性特征。做好就业促进工作，必须实事求是地深入了解和仔细分析他们的心理特点，恰如其分地做好心理疏导工作，从而缓解毕业生就业的心理矛盾与冲突。

Under pressure of employment competition,liberal arts students in higher vocational college show their typical psychological characters because of the differences in sexes and majors. To promote the graduates＇employment, their psychological characteristics should be studied more and analyzed carefully so as to help them relieve the psychological contradiction as well as conflict.
