摘要
我国的资本市场存在的制度性缺陷，影响了创新型中小企业的生存和发展，成为我国科技和资本市场结合的最大瓶颈。创业板市场作为中小企业利用证券市场进行股权融资的场所，能够为风险投资提供退出渠道，同时还可以起到优化资源配置的作用。文章通过对国外创业板市场和我国实际国情的分析研究，为构建我国科学有效的创业板市场提出了几点想法。
China＇s capital market system exists defects which not only have affected innovative SMEs in the survival and development but also have become the greatest bottleneck in combination of technology and capital markets. Growth Enterprise Market , as a stake in SME financing forum , can provide venture capital for the exit channels, and can also play a role in optimizing the allocation of resources. Through the abroad GEM market and China＇s actual conditions of the analysis, this paper puts forward a number of ideas about the construction of China＇s scientific and effective GEM.
