摘要
针对国有煤矿企业现有薪酬制度中存在的问题,提出国有煤矿企业薪酬制度改革的主要对策和要求。
This paper puts forward the targets and major strategies for the wages reforms in the state--owned coal mine companies on the basis of the problems in the current wages system therein.
