中国持续几十年的高速GDP增长,快速的工业化、城市化,都需要强大的能源系统来支撑,也给环境带来了巨大的压力,由此发展与煤炭行业的循环经济势在必行。发展煤炭循环经济,是煤炭行业走新型工业化道路、实现可持续发展的重要途径,对提高煤炭资源利用效率、延长煤炭产业链、转变经济增长方式具有重要意义。

Decades long high speed GDP growth, fast industrialization and urbanization in China all call for a substantial support by a strong energy system. The other side of this phenomenon is that a heavy burden is exerted on the eco--environment. Due to this mixed blessing, a hand in hand development of the coal industry and circular economy becomes a must. Circular economy in the coal sector is an important way out for the coal industry of this country to follow the route of an industrialization of novel type and sustainable development as a whole. It is of great significance to improve the coal utilization rate, extend the industrial links in the c0al sector and transform the economic growth pattern of this very important energy sector.
