摘要
指出了我国煤炭安全管理存在的问题,从法治和经济的角度分析了澳大利亚的煤矿安全管理的经验,为中国煤矿安全管理提供了国际借鉴与对策。
Pinpointing the issues in the coal mine work safety management of China and also analyzing the experience of coal mine work safety management of Australia from the angle of rule of law and economics, this paper provides good reference for the coal mine work safety management in China.
