It was described that under pricing model of bill of quantities, the Owner was required to strengthen the cooperation with supervisor and cost engineer, to correctly prepare the bill of quantities, to set up contract terms reasonably and to control claims and completion calculations, thus engineering cost control and management was strengthened.
