痔上黏膜环切吻合术治疗混合痔48例分析

Proceduce for prolapse and hemorrhoids in the treatment of 48 cases of mixed hemorrhoids

目的总结PPH治疗混合痔(Ⅲ、Ⅳ度)的临床经验与疗效。方法回顾分析48例经PPH治疗的混合痔(Ⅲ、Ⅳ度)的临床资料。结果手术时间平均15min,术后住院2d￣5d。随访1个月￣26个月,无复发,无肛门失禁,无肛周感染及吻合口狭窄,总有效率100%。结论PPH治疗确切有效,具有手术时间短,不易复发和愈合快等优点,是治疗混合痔(Ⅲ、Ⅳ度)的一种较好的手术方法。

Objective To study the clinical experience and curative effects of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） for Ⅲ or Ⅳ grade mixed hemorrhoids. Methods The data of 48 cases were analysed. Results The operation time average was 15 min,postoperative hospitalization duration was 2-5 days;the, follow-up of 1-26 monthes did not find recurrence case,copracrasia,perianal infection and stenosis of anastomotic stoma.total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion PPH is reliable, effective, shorter operation-time and hospitalization duration,less recurrence and healing to mixed hemorrhoids.
