环氧稳定剂对苄基甲苯油应用性能影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 苄基甲苯油(M/DBT)是目前国内用于制作高压全膜电力电容器的主要液体介质之一。在M/DBT油中加入微量的环氧稳定剂后,不但不会对油的基本理化性能、电气性能和应用性能产生不良影响,还可以改善电力电容器的质量,延长电容器的运行寿命。当前,国内电力电容器液体介质中的环氧稳定剂常用的是醚类。通过研究醚类环氧稳定剂对单一介质的影响、对复合介质耐久性能、应用性能的影响等,对醚类环氧稳定剂的作用作出评价。 M/DBT oil is one of the main liquid dielectrics used in high-voltage all-film power capacitors at present in our country. It is found that the epoxy did not have any imperfect effect on the bas- ic physical-chemical characteristics, electric properties and the application performance of M/DBT oil and it can improve the quality and extend the service life of the power capacitors. At present, the epoxy used commonly in the domestic power capacitors are ethers. This paper evaluates the function of the epoxy of ethers in M/DBT oil throughout the study of influence of the epoxy of ethers on the sole dielectrics, on the application performance of the composite dielectrics and the durability of the Composite dielectrics,
