摘要
通过阐述与电容器生产制造有关的环境、原材料、生产设备、操作和设计等几个方面的影响因素,提出了具体对电容器电容控制的方法,同时通过统计浸油后/浸油前电容增长率来作为电容器电容控制的一个重要参数,对电容器生产过程中出现的电容偏差进行调整。
The article introduces such factors related to the manufacture of capacitor as environment, raw material, production facilities , design and operation and proposes the way of controlling capacitor. And it, at the same time, indicates the way of stating the growth rate of capacitance before and after oiliness as the reference to control the capacitance. Meanwhile the capacitance deviation should be adjusted during production process.
