Endoscopic Treatment for 106 Patients with Foreign Bodies in Upper Gasrointestinal Tract

目的探讨内镜治疗上消化道异物的疗效。方法采用PENTAXEG-2930和OlympusV-70电子胃镜和辅助器械对106例上消化道异物患者进行治疗。结果上消化道异物103例完整取出,术中、术后无一例严重并发症发生。结论内镜治疗上消化道异物费用低、安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic treatment for foreign bodies in upper gasrointestinal tract, Methods 106 patients with foreign bodies in upper gasrointestinal tract were treated by using electron gastroscope and various instruments for grasping the foreign bodies. Results Foreign bodies in 103 cases patients were removed wholly,no complication occurred during and after gastroscopy. Conclusions Endoscopic treatment for foreign bodies in upper gasrointestinal tract is safe and effective, and it is worth popularizing.
