老年慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术后的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Complications from Burr-hole Irrigation and Drainage in Senior Patients with Chronic Subdural Hematoma

目的分析老年人慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)钻孔引流术(BHID)后的并发症及其原因和防治方法。方法回顾性分析我院经钻孔冲洗治疗的73例老年CSDH患者的临床资料。结果全组治愈73例,死亡0例。出现并发症11例。其中颅内血肿4例,癫癎发作3例,张力性气颅及脑卒中各1例。结论BHID治疗CSDH较为安全,但仍有一些并发症和一定的死亡率。

Objective To analyze the cause, prevention and treatment of postoperative complications from burr-hole irrigation and drainage（BHID） in senior patients with chronic subdural hematoma（ CSDH ）, Methods The clinical data of 73 cases of senior CSDH underwent BHID was analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were cured, 11 cases of complications were ： en- cephalic hemorrhage in 4 cases, epilepsy in 3 cases, tension pneumocephalus in 1 case and cerebral infarction in 1 case, Conclusions BHID with some complications and mortality is a safe way to cure CSDH now.
