中西医对照治疗130例特发性少弱精子症的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Curative Effects of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in 130 Patients with Idiopathic Oligoasthenospermia

目的探索安全、有效、快速、简便、经济的方法治疗特发性少弱精子性不育症。方法采用中药生精活精汤(治疗组)和西药枸橼酸氯米芬加多维元素(对照组)治疗3个月的疗效观察对照。结果治疗组和对照组的精子密度提升率分别是282.05%和304.63%(P>0.05);精子活力(A+B)的提升率分别是245.17%和81.61%(P<0.01);妊娠率分别是36.92%和7.69%(P<0.01)。2组治疗后复查血、尿常规,肝、肾功能及血中性激素水平,均未见异常。结论中药生精活精汤不但没有毒副作用,而且可明显提高精子密度、精子活力及妊娠率。

Objective To explore an efficacy, safe and convenient method of treating idiopathic oligoasthenospermia. Methods 130 patients were divided into the treatment group（ treated with traditional Chinese medicine,Shengjing-huojing soup） and the control group （treated with clomifene citrate Capsules and Muhivitamin Formula with Minerals）. The duration of treatment was 3 months. Results The sperm count was improved separately 282.05% in treatment group and 304.63% in control group （P 〉 0.05 ） ;the sperm motility （grade A and B） was improved 245.17% in treatment group and 81.61% in control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ;the rate of pregnant was improved 36.92% in treatment group and 6.92% in control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. The function of liver and kidney and the level of gonadal hormone in blood were normal. Conclusions The traditional Chinese medicine, Shengjing-huojing soup,is a safe,effective and convenient for idiopathic oligoasthenospermia.
