广州市某区12家社区卫生服务机构满意度调查分析

Investigation of Satisfaction Degree to Community Health Services in 12 Community Health Organizations in Guangzhou

目的通过了解社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度及影响因素,为社区公共卫生卫生服务评价及下拨社区卫生服务经费提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,应用自行设计的满意度调查表对12家社区卫生服务机构辖区居民进行现场调查。结果本次调查共收回问卷为2067份(94.0%)。社区居民对社区卫生服务机构的知晓率73.6%,对各社区卫生服务机构满意度为91.1%。社区居民不满意的原因为社区环境、服务态度等。结论目前社区居民对社区卫生服务机构的满意程度尚有待于提高。将来要通过社区卫生服务机构内涵建设,来提高社区卫生服务质量。

Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of residents about community health service（CHS） and its influencing factors, and appraise accurately the community public health, Methods Totally 2 200 residents were randomly surveyed by questionnaire about satisfaction of community health centers. Results The knowledge rate of community residents was 73, 6%, and the satisfaction rate was 91.1%. The disaffection was resulted from community environment, service attitude and so on. Con- clusions The satisfaction rate was still very low now. The service qualities of community health services shguld be improved by the management reformation.
