摘要
目的探讨重点实施营养疗法对脑卒中患者并发压疮预防的影响。方法收集脑卒中患者970例,将满足纳入标准的941例患者分为病例组470例和对照组471例,病例组在常规护理的基础上重点实施营养疗法,对照组接受常规护理,对2组患者并发压疮的情况进行观察与比较。结果病例组并发压疮16例,发生率3.4%,对照组并发压疮33例,发生率7.0%,病例组明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重点实施营养疗法对脑卒中患者可降低压疮的发生,应重视对脑卒中患者实施营养干预。
Objective To probe into the influence of practicing nutrition intervention emphatically on preventing pressure ulcer in stroke patients. Methods 941cases were divided into two groups. The treatment group( n =470) was given nutrition interven- tion and the routine care,the control group (n = 471 ) was given the routine care, the incidence of pressure ulcer of treatment group was compared with control group. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer was 3.4% ( 16 cases) in treatment group, and it was 7.0% ( 33 cases) in control group. There was significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Practi- cing nutrition intervention emphatically can decrease the incidence of pressure ulcer in stroke patients, it should be attached great importance.
