摘要 在硝酸根体系中制得纯净的Cu2O粉体,考察了温度、时间、硝酸根含量、填充度等不同因素对反应的影响。结果表明,反应温度为373K,反应时间为2h,1.00 mol/L NaNO3加入量为反应溶液的4.0倍,填充度为玻璃水热反应釜容积的0.8时是制备Cu2O的最佳条件,能够得到粒径为8μm的纯净的Cu2O立方状粉体。 Main factors which influence the preparation, reaction of Cu2O powder such as the reaction temperature, reaction time, and dosage of sodium nitrate solution are investigated, and an optimal experiment of the hydrothermal synthesis was conducted. The results indicate that reaction at 373K for 2 hours with a dosage of sodium nitrate solution four times as much as that of the reactive solution is optimized with which 8 μm cubic particles could be yielded.
