摘要
VRS51L3074是Ramtron发布的全球第一款在8051MCU内核中嵌入了FRAM、SRAM、FLASH三种存储器的高性能系统级芯片,在介绍VRS51L3074芯片工作特性的基础上,提出了该芯片在住宅小区三表数据采集系统中的应用方案,讨论了系统的硬件结构,给出了部分应用软件代码。
VRS51 L3074 is the first high - performance system - on - chip in the world. It was issued by Ramtron which had inserted FRAM, SRAM, and FLASH three kinds of memory in the 8051MCU. This paper introduces the work of VRS51L3074 chip ,and on the basis of that,the paper was advanced that the chip can be made in the three sheet data acquisition system applications, and discussed the system＇s hardware structure, then gave a part of the system, software code.
